A dragon's (or serpent's) tail and falcon's wings. An outcast, a magician, impossible outside of its marks on paper.

"I would join a dragon's court, if only for the challenge... a dragon is a winged serpent, is it not?"
[A'isha] taken from Snakecharm by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes

wow. first, let me say that finally someone sees that this is a guy (all my friends think he's... gay and androgynous. not that there's anything wrong with that, but still)
Um, no, He's not really... you know, I never thought of it as him transforming. It was more like an intricate doodle. But yes, he could be transforming, if that's how you see it. But since he's a wyvern, he's transforming into something like a dragon with falcon wings. in my head, he's not transforming... he is, i guess, a beautiful but tragic magical accident.
